Fantastic Meditations!!!!

This book is one that I have really enjoyed,....I am never ever disappointed with Her,...She is just so "down to earth",...& I love her attitude,.....Bless you again,..Sylvia!!!

Wonderful

I bought the book of the same name first and though I liked it, I really wanted to be able to relax and listen to the meditations rather than be reading them. This 2 CD set is exactly what I was hoping for. It follows the book to the letter. It has Sylvia talking you through each meditation and soft music in the background. It is completely relaxing and will put you in touch with your postive side.

do something good for yourself

im not too big on meditatoin, but id like to be. i chose this book as my introductory unit for relaxation and meditation and so far its worked splendidly. each week, on monday nights, i light candles and read an exceprt from the book. its calming and slowly im starting to feel it work into the rest of my life. a little bit of sylvia every day is a good thing!

i also recommend sylvia's book, "Prayers", as it makes a great ending to her meditations. :)
